金茂洞庭生态创新城位于湖南岳阳东风湖新区，紧邻九华山，周边城市交通体系成熟。项目精粹前沿居住理念，以空中大平层演绎城市豪宅美学，于繁华都会著作塔尖谧境。
Jinmao Dongting Ecological Innovation City is located in Dongfeng Lake New Area, Yueyang, Hunan province, close to Mount Jiuhua, with mature urban traffic system around it. The project draws on the concept of modern living, deducts the aesthetics of urban luxury houses with the large flat floor in the sky, and works on the spire of the bustling city.

“气蒸云梦泽，波撼岳阳城。”设计立足洞庭湖的地域美学，同时提取星云概念，传递澎湃湖域的宏大气势，以及云端之上的缥缈意境。依托于自然营造一派纯粹森居之美：以高雅为索引，又赋其静谧、自然、极适的度假体验感知，营造一个集绿色生态、现代简约、舒适惬意于一体的新加坡式居住景观空间。
The design draws aesthetic features from ancient poems praising Dongting Lake, while extracting the concept of nebulae to convey the grand momentum of the surging lake and the ethereal mood above the clouds. Relying on nature to create en ecological living: give the residents a holiday experience, and create a Singapore-style living landscape space integrating green ecology, modern simplicity, and comfort.

云 梦 之 门
DREAMLIKE ENTRANCE
尊贵礼遇，始于门庭。纯粹通透的玻璃幕墙打开一道朦胧的城市界面，如同耸立于大地上的天空之镜，倒映万象境界，风云变幻、光影交错之间，彷若人生的壮阔史诗磅礴而来。迭涌碧水，以潺潺水流打破静景，似银河之中流动的星尘，缥缈而澄澈，构建从繁华都市渐隐、舒缓身心的度假酒店式归家体验。
Honorable and courteous reception begins at the entrance. The pure glass curtain wall opens a hazy urban interface, like a mirror of the sky, reflecting the realm of city. Between the changeable weather and the interlace of light and shadow, it seems like a grand epic of life. The flowing water features break the static space, like the flowing stardust in the Milky Way, misty and clear, creating a holiday hotel-style home experience that gradually disappears from the bustling city and relaxes the body and mind.
流 星 飞 瀑
WATER FALL
追寻水的痕迹探索生活的艺术。穿过入口大堂，开门见水。驻足水院，艺术瀑布如同流星般闪耀夺目，倾泻而下，跌入落星湖，创造盈动园林的自然声影，为城市塑造一方宁谧诗意的自然天地。人们可以在这里驻足闲聊，感受微风拂过、流水潺潺所营造的灵动、放松又充满绿意氛围。
Tracing the water to find the art of living. Go through the entrance hall and open the door to the water. Stopping in the water courtyard, the artistic waterfall is as dazzling as a meteor, pouring down, falling into the Lake, creating a tranquil and poetic natural world for the city. People can stop and chat here, and feel the breeze and the flowing water create a lively, relaxing and green atmosphere.
下沉庭院的巧妙布局将穿行、到达、休憩、洽谈多重功能空间穿插整合在一个大空间内，兼顾多重需求，简洁却不乏细节。礼仪水景、对景廊架，营造变化流动的视线空间。一侧格栅似的景墙内嵌玻璃，为地下空间带来斜面采光，让光与景成为空间的主角。
The sunken courtyard integrates multiple functional spaces of travel, arrival, rest and negotiation into one large space, taking into account multiple needs, with simplicity but no lack of details. Etiquette waterscape, opposite view gallery frame, create changing flowing line of sight space. The grille wall on the side is embedded with glass, bringing oblique lighting to the underground space, making light and scenery become the leading role of the space.
水 岸 云 廊
GALLERY
归家步道，拾级而上，上层水岸云廊作为观景空间，以俯瞰的姿态，窥见全园的景色。云廊会客厅犹如水上的玻璃盒子，瀑布水帘如珍珠般自会客厅顶棚边沿垂直落入静水池中，呈现视觉与听觉的完美盛宴。晶莹的玻璃砖传递空灵飘逸气质，一侧落星飞瀑，一侧绿影阑珊，沉浸动与静、光与影交织共融的水岸园林。
From the homecoming trail, up the stairs. The high-rise gallery serves as the viewing space, overlooking the whole garden. The gallery sitting room is like a glass box on the water, with a water curtain falling from the edge of the ceiling into the pool, presenting a perfect visual and auditory feast. Translucent glass bricks convey the ethereal temperament, connecting the water curtain and green trees in series to create a waterside garden.
星 光 森 林
FOREST
穿廊而入，走进一片星光森林。设计抽象提取星河形态，以自由灵动的星云曲线投射在空间构图上，借鉴石上纯也“艺术生物群”理念，在有限的空间内最大限度地逐棵安置树木，创造行云流水般的体验动线，打造一片奇妙森林。
Enter through the corridor and walk into a starlight forest. The design abstractly extracts the form of the star river, and projects the free and flexible nebula curve on the spatial composition. Drawing on the concept of “artistic biota” by Junya Ishigami, the trees are placed one by one to the maximum extent possible within the limited space, creating a flowing line of experience and creating a forest of wonder.
云 幕 花 园
CLOUD GARDEN
当自然生长至云端，车水马龙从地面喧嚣穿过，一方静谧的云幕花园盛放生活的绿意。270度造景法将景观从室外延伸到室内，自然空间和温馨人居相互渗透融合，带来超广角的天幕视野，简洁的线条、素雅的色彩打造专属私人的宁静度假之居。
When nature grows to the clouds, the traffic rushes through the ground noisily, and a tranquil cloud garden blooms with the greenery of life. 270 degrees of landscaping extends the landscape from the outdoors to the indoors, where natural space and warmth of human habitation intermingling to bring a super wide angle view of the canopy. The simple lines and elegant colours create a private, tranquil retreat.
