华人、华侨、华裔这三者之间有什么区别呢?相信很多人都搞不清楚，华人、华侨、华裔这三者之间的区别是非常大的，这主要体现在国籍和血统上。
第一个“华人”华人虽然也是中国人，但他们却不再有中国国籍，而是入了外国的国籍，这些华人只是在血统上仍然属于中国，比如说入了美国国籍就叫美籍华人，入了加拿大国籍就叫加籍华人等等。
给大家看看加入美国的宣誓词是这样的：”I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen; that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law; and that I take this obligation freely without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; so help me God.”

第三个就是华裔了，华裔指的是拥有外国国籍的华人的后代。他们的身体特征与中国人没什么区别，但是国籍和生活习惯都是随着国外的，所以在思想上也会有一些不同。他们在国外出生，在国外长大，接受的也是国外的教育制度，除了外表像中国人，内心已经完全认为自己是外国人了。
