自前天（6月25）oBike宣布退出新加坡以后，关于退押金的事情就井喷式地爆发。
跟新加坡的情况一样，马来西亚和澳大利亚的用户押金也偷偷被转换成“超级VIP” 会员，申请退押金也是没人回复，退押金按键消失不见 ! 而在两周前，墨尔本的 oBike 就已停止运营。

新加坡的oBike目前申请清盘，公司也人去楼空、Email也没人回复！网友纷纷向消费者协会（CASE）投诉，而CASE 在Facebook po文， 截止昨天下午4点共有259人申诉还没拿回oBike的押金！
网友也留言向我们寻求帮助！
此前，我们也就网友求助退押金一事与oBike联系，他们官方回应如下：
对于如何拿回押金一事，是网友最为关心的事，我们根据各方经验，大致整理如下，希望对你们有帮助：
1. 到 CASE 网站填写投诉表 https://www.case.org.sg/complaint_onlinecomplaint.aspx
申请的时候请记得附上个人资料，如：身份证（前、后都要），还有一些相关文件证明，如：收据，填交完毕后需要3个工作天。
如果要后续追踪状况，可以在周1至周5，早上9点到下午5点，拨打热线： 6100 0315
2. 在120天内用信用卡付押金的用户，可以向信用卡公司索取退费！
(如果过了120天就请上CASE的网站填写投诉表啦…)
3. 安卓用户能通过旧版的oBike APP 申请退押金哦~
方法如下：
在第三方安卓应用商店“Aptoide” 下载 oBike。如果现在用最新版（3.4.3）的oBike 应用程序要先卸载。然后通过en.aptoide.com下载 Aptoide 后再下载oBike
选择other versions (其他版本）
选择3.4.2版本的下载
一打开APP就要非常快速的点选左上角
然后就会进入这个界面，再点选 My Wallet (我的钱包）
然后点选 My Deposit (我的定金），后面的步骤跟着指示就可以了。
然后再点选Refund Deposit (退押金）
然后再点选Continue to refund (继续退款）
再点选Confirm (确定）
再点选一次Confirm (确定）就完成退押金啦！根据 APP上的信息，公司会在1至30个工作日内退还押金！
但是…消协理事长说…“公司进入清盘程序，身为消费者，想要回钱财的机会非常渺茫，因为你处在所有债主的最底端，轮到你时，或许公司已经没钱还你。”
所以退款申请完成了…但拿不拿的回来又是另外一回事了，我们也只能帮你到这了！
反观共享单车的同行，SG Bike今天已经向陆路交通局申请营业执照，ofo和Anywheel则会在这周提出申请，而Mobike表示会在期限前提出…
