Reminder of Notice on January 22

As required in the Notice released on 22 January, the Embassy has further standardized the requirements on pre-departure isolation and vaccination certificates for passengers to China taking flights on and after 5 February. The Embassy kindly reminds passengers to China to pay attention to changes in the requirements, strictly fulfill pre-departure isolation and provide required documents to apply for health codes. The Embassy reminds those who are not working or studying in Singapore that pre-departure self-isolation is also required for them and the Embassy will increase its frequency of random inspections.Passengers who fail to provide standardized vaccination certificates as required (including those vaccinated in countries or regions outside China and Singapore, while the vaccination certificates are not verifiable) shall take an additional serology test apart from the required PRC test. For example, passengers only vaccinated with non-inactivated vaccines shall take an additional Total (IgM+IgG) Antibody N protein test while passengers in other cases (e.g. passengers only vaccinated with inactivated vaccines or vaccinated with both non-inactivated and inactivated vaccines) shall take an additional IgM anti-body test. The relevant passengers shall upload PCR and serology test memos and vaccination certificates together with other required documents to apply for the health codes. The Embassy will issue the health codes taking into account the relevant circumstances. For further information, please refer to :http://www.chinaembassy.org.sg/chn/lsfw/zytzs/202201/t20220122_10632171.htm (released on 22 January)http://www.chinaembassy.org.sg/chn/lsfw/26511/ (pre-departure test column)For Enquiry:+65-81296456(8:30AM—-12:30PM,2:30PM—-6:30PM Monday—-Friday, except Holidays)
