一、基本情况
新加坡的大学和理工学院均属于高等教育机构系列。新加坡政府投资并负责经营的高等学校包括6所大学和5所理工学院。其中6所大学可以颁发学士学位以上（含学士学位）的文凭证书。5所理工学院可以颁发专业教育文凭。这些学校的课程、管理和水平被普遍认可。
新加坡大学的学位设置分为学士学位、硕士学位、博士学位。攻读学士学位一般需要3年，在攻读学士学位阶段学习成绩优秀者可多读1年取得荣誉学位。荣誉学位分等级而设，但它仍属于学士阶段教育。在新加坡攻读硕士学位通常需要1-2年；攻读博士学位通常需要3-5年。
在新加坡理工学院就读，一般是中学毕业学习3年后取得专业教育文凭。

Some of the highlights include the Integrated Work Study (IWSP) which runs through peak auditing periods. Following the IWSP, students will undertake a business Capstone module and modules in their focused area of interests such as Audit or Tax. Students will also have Regional Exposure to Accounting Practice (REAP). Practice-oriented training will be provided by industry experts.
