网友在网上分享：菲律宾女佣要回国度假或者有事，需要申请OEC (Overseas Employment Certificate)。
如果你去他们大使馆，可以看的到信息，但是没有流程图。我在这里分享一下这次办理的经验，省的大家多跑一次（和我一样）
第一，满两年才能是雇主办理，不满要通过中介。
两年的定义：自从女佣离开家的那一天算起，其实可以说是女佣准证申请时间也可以哦。这个问题似乎以前没有人回答。
第二，先要Authentication of Contract （认证合同）（窗口1）
Requirements for the authenticated Employment Contract:
认证雇佣合同的要求：
Two (2) copies of Standard Employment Contract (Original) – All pages of the contract should be signed by the employer and the worker.
两份标准雇佣合同原件—合同中每页都应含有雇主和佣人的签字
Two (2) copies of Undertaking of an Employer (Original)
两份雇主的承诺书原件
Two (2) copies of Work Permit (plus 1 copy for passport renewal)
两份WP准证复印件（加一份用于护照更新）
Two (2) copies of Passport (plus 1 copy for passport renewal)
两份护照复印件（加一份用于护照更新）
One (1) copy of Employer’s IC
一份雇主的IC
Seven Thousand Singapore Dollars (S$7,000.00) Performance Bond from a reputable Insurance Company (Original)
规范的保险公司的7000新币的履约保证金原件
One (1) copy of the Ten Thousand Dollar Medical Insurance (MOM)
一份10000新币的医疗保险
Authentication of Contract – S$42.50
认证雇佣合同—42.50新币
Verification – S$17.00
核证费—17新币
同时，可以其他窗口办理OWWA (s$42)。然后去lucky plaza二楼Updated receipt of Pag-ibig Fund membership contribution。
这需要大概半天时间。都办完了，需要去http://bmonline.ph/注册和预约OEC的时间（注意：COLLECTION 2-3PM, OEC appointment要尽量迟过collection，同时的话也可以办理的）。
第三，按照预约时间去，拿了contract，加上其他资料，一下子OEC就出来了(s$3)。

Three (3) copies printed appointment sheet
3份打印的预约表
Original Work Pass
WP准证原件
Original Passport
护照原件
Two-way ticket or itinerary issued by travel agency
由旅行中介出具的往返机票或行程
Proof of OWWA valid membership
OWWA合法会员的证明
Updated receipt of Pag-ibig Fund membership contribution
Pag-ibig基金会员贡献更新的收据
