据西班牙当地媒体报道，4月21日，西班牙警方突击捣毁了一个假奶粉包装工坊！
警方先是在西班牙赫罗纳小镇上锁定一位可疑买主，于是马上部署了紧急方案，拦截一艘赫罗纳港口的货船。
打开货船，警察吓了一跳！船上竟载满婴儿奶粉！
在货船内，警方共收缴劣质假奶粉8吨！查获13320盒已经完成包装不同品牌的假奶粉！
其中还有12090个知名奶粉品牌的包装袋和15000个包装箱。
更令人细思极恐的是，这一艘货船是从波兰港口出发，前往中国！
与此同时，随着更加深入的调查，一条境外奶粉造假的黑色产业链被扒出，令人瞠目结舌。
在位于西班牙赫罗纳的罗列特海岸（Lloret de Mar）的一处住房内，警方发现许多和非法犯罪相关的文件。
据警方调查，该犯罪组织在波兰的网站上以1欧元每公斤的成本收购了散装的假奶粉
随后便在巴塞罗那的一处地点进行交货，进入工厂制造。
工人在没有任何卫生安全保障的情况下，手动将假奶粉装入印有国际知名奶粉品牌包装袋中，“制作”成针对1到3岁婴儿的食用奶粉。
再整装好装入名牌包装箱内，一起寄到西班牙，准备随时分销出售。
据悉，这些知名品牌主要集中在德国爱他美Aptamil纸盒包装，喜宝HiPP纸盒包装，美赞臣Enfamil纸盒包装，瑞典森宝Semper奶粉等…
犯罪嫌疑人交待，此类品牌奶粉包装易仿制，无需任何生产线，几台塑封机封装奶粉，几支电热力胶枪粘贴纸盒即可完成…
更可怕的是，这个造假工厂最大的销售市场就是中国！
警方依据发货单据显示，造假工厂已经发往中国的奶粉约216吨！
目前西班牙警方已经书面通知中国相关机构协助。
行动当日，警方已逮捕4名嫌犯，其中3名是波兰籍。
警方表示，由于奶粉的制作环境完全不受西班牙食品、卫生和安全当局的监控，的确存在一定的安全风险。
经过后期一系列检测，尽管这批假奶粉对人体健康无害，属于最低端的奶粉基粉，但由于没有喂养婴儿的必需营养和微量元素，对婴幼儿生长发育有着非常严重的影响。
实际上，这已第一次破获奶粉造假案件。
就在去年4月份，媒体也曾报道过欧洲立陶宛警方查获1.8万盒爱他美配方假奶！

假奶粉都有哪些套路？
1. 过期奶粉掺着卖
过期奶粉混着正常奶粉一起卖，从味道颜色质地都难以区分，过期奶粉细菌超标的可能性极大，对宝宝健康不利。
2. 低端奶粉装高端
对于宝宝来说，这算是比较有「良心」的假冒类型，吃了虽然不会对身体有大影响，但对于早产宝宝、乳糖不耐受宝宝吃了后会营养不良，有致敏的危险。
3. 掺入淀粉、糖等奶粉填充物
这是最最黑心的掺假！

是谁把国外的假奶粉卖到中国？
实际上，我国正规超市货架上买到的进口奶粉，进入国内需要通过重重关卡，经历海关和商检。大批量进关的奶粉 100% 要求质量抽查，造假的可能性极低。
1 万罐假奶粉想要在海关眼皮底下偷摸地溜入境内，绝不可能。
跨境电商也是一样的道理，所购大批量奶粉进入国内保税仓，同样需要层层抽检。
最大的可能是个人代购。
某宝、朋友圈这些海外代购们，将这些奶粉小量多次地寄入境内，政府根本没办法监管。
而代购对奶粉没有鉴别能力，或许压根就不知道这些所谓的「正品」海外奶粉是从哪儿来的。

海淘品牌奶粉真的有那么好吗？
除了有买到假奶粉的风险，被追捧的海淘奶粉，其实没有妈妈想象的那么美好，真的不要过度迷信。
1. 保质期有限
大多数的配方奶的保质期一般在 18 个月左右，一罐奶粉从国外生产到国内上市起码要花上 3 个月。等到了妈妈们手里，可能保质期都不足 12 个月了。
加上很多妈妈有囤奶粉的习惯，费大劲去囤一些临近保质期的奶粉，真的不值得。
2. 运输过程复杂，有风险
海运航运路上颠簸，出现破罐、爆罐等各种问题，有被细菌污染的风险。
3. 不一定适合中国宝宝
并不是国外的月亮就一定比国内圆，国外奶粉也不一定更适合中国婴幼儿的营养需求。
比如说日本，饮食结构中碘含量丰富，日本奶粉大多是不含碘或者低含量很低的，日本的宝宝吃 OK，但中国的宝宝吃，就会对健康有问题。
