Thi Kim Hong is a very talented student. She has produced very good presentation slides on the marketing processes for her Marketing Essential Module and on recruitment/selection practices, her HRM module. When called upon to present her slides in front of her peers, Thi Kim Hong spoke clearly and eloquently, and responded to questions in a thoughtful way. In an informal survey conducted during class, she was voted the best presenter of the entire class.
Thi Kim Hong is focused in her pursuits and dedicated to her studies. She consistently seeks out feedback so she can improve her understanding of marketing and HR, which is an impressive quality in a student. As part of her coursework, Thi Kim Hong has written an excellent Marketing plan and a very good report on the essential elements of Human Resource Management.
Throughout the semester, Thi Kim Hong was an active participant in the class discussions, and she always supported her peers. Her caring nature and personality allow her to work well with others in a team setting. She has displayed openness to and empathy for the opinions and feelings of others that makes her a model student and a true friend to her peers.
I am certain that Thi Kim Hong is going to continue to do great and creative things in her future. She is an outstanding individual who will impress everyone she meets. I highly recommend Thi Kim Hong for the Pearson Medallion award.
