GCE“O”水准考试注意事项（二）
考前须知
1.所有考生都必须至少在考试开始前的半小时到所在的考点报到。
1．All candidates are required to report to their examination centres at least half an hour before the commencement of each examination.
2.所有考生必须在至少考试开始前的十五分钟在指定的课桌就位。迟到的考生没有任何额外的时间。
2．All candidates are required to be seated at their assigned desks at least fifteen minutes before the commencement of the examination. No make-up time will be provided to candidates who are late for the examination.
3.如果遇到重大地铁服务中断的情况，考生还是需要继续按照准考证的规定到达指定的考试中，只要在考试结束时间之前到达，考生会被给予完整的考试时间。
3． In the event of a major train service disruption, candidates should still make their way to their assigned examination centres as stated on their Entry Proof. Candidates will be given the full duration to sit the paper as long as they arrive before the end of the paper.
4.考生应该按照地铁站说明改换可用的换乘巴士，或者去乘客服务中心寻求帮助。
4． Candidates should follow the instructions provided at the train station on the bridging transport services available or go to the Passenger Service Centre for assistance.
5.如果考生认为他们无法在考试结束前到达指定的考试中心，那么可以选择就近的考试中心参加考试。
5．If the candidates believe that they are unable to reach the examination centre before the end of the paper, they can go to the nearest examination centre to take the examinations.
6.如果考生在考试结束之前不能到达任何考点，那么必须通过教育部客户服务热线68722220立刻通知考试局。
6. If the candidates arrive at the examination centre after the paper has ended or are unable to reach an examination centre at all, they must inform SEAB through Ministry of Education, Customer Service Hotline at 6872 2220 immediately.
7.请到 http://www.seab.gov.sg/pages/media/newsClips/TrainDisruption.asp网址查看每个地铁站就近的考试中心。
7. Please go to http://www.seab.gov.sg/pages/media/newsClips/TrainDisruption.asp to see the list of examination centres near MRT stations.
8.没有资格申请SingPass的私人考生只能在考试成绩发布通知之后的几天内通过邮寄方式收到成绩单。
8．Private candidates who are not eligible to apply for SingPass will only receive the notification of examination results via post within a few days after the day of result release.
9.没有资格申请SingPass的考生如果申请上诉成绩，可以在考试成绩正式发布后亲自到教育部客户服务中心填写上诉申请表缴纳上诉费完成上诉。最迟5个工作日内就会得到上诉结果。上诉申请表格在教育部客户服务中心可以获得。
9.Candidates who are not eligible for SingPass may apply to appeal for a review their examination results by completing an appeal application form and paying the appeal fee(s) at the MOE Customer Service Centre in person, no later than 5 working days after the official release of the results. The appeal application form can be obtained at the MOE Customer Service Centre.
