Terms and Conditions:

This promotion is applicable only for new customers to Phillip Securities Pte Ltd (“PSPL”) who open Phillip Investment Accounts and Phillip Cash Management Accounts from 2ndJanuary 2018 to 30th March 2018 (“Eligible Accounts”).

Phillip Investment Account is inclusive of Margin (M), Custodian (C) and Prepaid (CC).

Eligible Accounts will enjoy trade rebates of up to S$88. The rebates may be used to offset the brokerage incurred for the first three (3) trades client makes.

The rebate is applicable for trades executed for SG, US and HK listed shares (including ETFs) traded from 2ndJanuary 2018 to 30th April 2018.

Rebates are not inclusive of SGX clearing fees, SGX access fees, foreign broker fees, foreign fees, exchange fees and GST.

All orders have to be executed through POEMS online platforms.

Eligible Accounts will receive the rebates by 30thJune 2018.

Eligible Accounts closed before 30thJune 2018 will not be eligible for the rebate.

Eligible Accounts have to opt in for Excess Funds Facility (“Smart Park”) and Securities Borrowing and Lending (“SBL”) facility to be eligible for the rebate.

Transferring of Securities out of “Eligible Accounts” will be subjected to S$64.20 handling fee per counter.

Trades for Singtel Discounted Shares are not eligible for this promotion.

The following Customers are NOT eligible for this promotion unless approved by the management of Phillip Securities Pte Ltd (“PSPL”):

Customers that have any existing trading accounts with PSPL, including joint accounts.

Customers that have closed their trading accounts after 2nd January 2018.

PSPL institutional and corporate Customers.

All employees PSPL/ PFPL and its associated entities (e.g. trading representatives, financial advisors); PSPL and all its subsidiaries (direct or indirect); and their immediate families (e.g. spouse and children).

Notwithstanding anything herein contained, PSPL reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to (i) amend, add and / or delete any time of these Terms & Conditions without prior notification (including eligibility and qualifying terms and criteria), and all participants shall be bound by such amendments, additions and / or deletions when effected, or (ii) vary, withdraw, or cancel any items or the promotion without having to disclose a reason there of and without any compensation or payment whatsoever. PSPL’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion shall be final and binding on all participants.
